Muhammad Deen ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Hyper UDP Tunnel application. We are committed to absolute digital privacy. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

1. Zero Traffic Logging (No-Logs Policy)

We believe that your personal data belongs strictly to you. **Hyper UDP Tunnel does not collect, monitor, store, or log any of your online activity or VPN traffic.**

• We do not log your browsing history, destination URLs, or active connection timestamps.
• We do not record your source or destination IP addresses.
• We do not cache or store the contents of your data payloads.
• All VPN data is transmitted directly and temporarily over UDP to your designated server.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our core VPN connection and support free application availability, we handle only the following categories of data:

A. Local Statistics (On-Device Only)

The App processes upload/download speeds, data volume counters, and connection duration. This metrics aggregation remains 100% in your device's memory, is displayed locally on your screen, and is never uploaded to any server.

B. Saved Configurations (On-Device Only)

Any VPN profiles, passwords, or ports you input are stored securely inside your device's local Android private sandbox (SharedPreferences). We have no access to these configurations.

C. Ad Serving (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to show ads inside the App. Google AdMob may collect device-specific identifiers to deliver personalized advertisements, manage limits on ad repetition, and prevent fraud. This data includes your general location (city/country level), mobile advertising IDs (Android AAID), and device details. Please review Google's Privacy & Terms for details.

3. App Permissions Used

The App requires specific Android system permissions to enable the VPN tunnel:

• VPN Service: Mandatory to establish and maintain the secure UDP tunnel interface.
• Post Notifications: Required on Android 13+ to show the status indicator notification so you can easily disconnect.
• Internet: Needed to transmit encapsulated packets to your VPN server and to load ads.
• Network State: Enables the App to dynamically reconnect if your network changes (Wi-Fi to mobile data).

4. Children's Privacy

Our services do not target or address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover a child under 13 has provided information, we delete it immediately.
